Just a factory job, but it is a steady income. Small but steady. And, more importantly, good people work there. Many nationalities, and everyone gets along with each other. Why can't the rest of the world be like that?<br />But to more important things. Newcastle United are returning to the Premier League. All is right with the world again. All that is needed, is for the moronic owner, Mike Ashley, to find a buyer, and hopefully, someone who knows what is required in running a major organisation like Newcastle. 55 years since they won a major domestic competition. (I am 55 years old.) Maybe I am the bad luck charm.<br />To my friend Pat. Allez Les Canadiens. Unemployed and running out of money, no prospects of finding a job, and being nagged by welfare to apply for jobs that don't exist. Being told that I am not qualified to work in a gas station doesn't help (I have an IQ of 141). George Bush and his economic policy has a lot to answer for. The only things that make life bearable are my friends online and in reality. I suppose that there are a lot of people worse off than me, but knowing that really doesn't help.<br />Maybe things will improve this week.
